A total of 365 single family residences sold in Sedona in 2003, which is a decline of 16% from the prior year. The median sales price went down from $1,050,000 to $985,000, or 6%. However, it's important to remember that prices peaked in 2022, and current prices are still 12% over 2021 levels.
