Artificial Intelligence in Real Estate?
A friend recently sent me an article on an artificial intelligence app that can save agents time, especially with new listings. Here is a link to the article: https://www.cnn.com/2023/01/28/tech/chatgpt-real-estate/index.html
She asked me my opinion, so here it is. It looks like it could be a helpful tool, and since it's free for now, it would be interesting to play with it. But it looks like another step in the dumbing down of the world, and our industry. People will probably start to rely on it when it's not appropriate, and become incapable of doing the job themselves. I can envision someone saying, "Let's have my AI device talk to your AI device and see what they want to do." Scary stuff!
